Tricia's 120 day YoniFlex challenge.
I am so confident that you will see real results with the Yoniflex, I am offering you a full 120 days to try the YoniFlex. If you do not see significant improvement in your pelvic floor issues, you can return the product to me.
Here are the details of the 120 day challenge:
- I expect you to give the Yoniflex a try. Don't quit after a few days or even a few weeks. Your pelvic floor muscles will take several weeks to start to build up strength, which is why I want you to keep exercising for a full 12 weeks. When you first go to the gym after years away, do you expect to see large muscles after just a few workouts? Â
- Please do not return the probe or personal lubricant. All YoniFlex probes and personal lubricant are sold as final sales for hygienic reasons.  Due to the nature of the probe, the current cost of the probe will be deducted from your return.  Keep the personal lubricant as our gift to you.
- Please ensure that the product is in re-sell-able condition - including the box, instruction booklet, quick start guides, wires, etc. If the packaging has been damaged I cannot accept the return.
If you wish to return your Yoniflex as part of this challenge, please contact tricia@yoniflex.com with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reasons for your return. You will receive a return ID number, which you need to send with your YoniFlex return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at Tricia@YoniFlex.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like probes and personal lubrication. All sales are final on these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
