YoniFlex Program Treatments

    Welcome to the program treatments area of Yoniflex.  Below you can target your pelvic floor issues, and receive recommendations for what program to use to maximize the efficiency of the YoniFlex pelvic floor trainer.  

     

    Select your current pelvic floor symptoms:

  • STRESS INCONTINENCE - Leaking urine when Jumping, sneezing, laughing, jogging, etc.

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS: Start with - Program P03 once a day for 20 minutes for 4 weeks.  Then move to program P04 for 8 weeks.  You can use P10 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

  • OVERACTIVE BLADDER – Unexpected urges to urinate. Getting up to urinate 2+ times a night

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS:  Start with - Program P02 once a day for 20 minutes for 4 weeks.  Then move to program P10 for 8 weeks.  Finally, you can use P10 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

  • OVERFLOW INCONTINENCE – Unknowingly leaking small amounts of urine through the day.

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS:  Start with - Program P02 once a day for 20 minutes for 4 weeks.  Then move to program P10 for 8 weeks.  Finally, you can use P10 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

  • VAGINISMUS – Tight vaginal muscles causing painful penetration

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS:  Program P11 Daily for two weeks, and then 3-4 times a week for 6 weeks.  Maintenance of 1-2 times per week as needed once results are met.

  • PELVIC OGAN PROLAPSE – When internal organs shift out of position due to weak pelvic floor muscles.

    Start with Program Program P02 once a day for 20 minutes for 4 weeks.  Then move to program P10 for 8 weeks.  Finally, you can use P10 2-3 times a week for maintenance.  If the prolapse starts again you may start again back at program P02.

  • POST CHILDBIRTH - NEW MOTHER SUPPORT

    Program P05 once a day for 20 minutes for 12 weeks.  Note:  Wait at least  6+ weeks after delivery to begin with your Yoniflex after discussions with your OBGYN or health care professional.   

  • TIGHT PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES – Relaxing muscles

    Program P11 is gentle and designed to relax tightened pelvic floor muscles.

  • LACK OF SENSITIVITY – Reduction in sensations of your vulva

    Start with program P08 once a day for six weeks, then shift to 2-3 times per week for maintenance.  You can also intermittently use program P11, which is a pelvic floor  relax program

  • GENERAL PELVIC FLOOR WORKOUT

    Beginners start with Program P10 for 20 minutes 2-3 times per week.  Advanced users may use program P09 which is 45 minutes 2-3 times per week.
