YoniFlex Program Treatments

    Welcome to the program treatments area of Yoniflex.  Below you can target your pelvic floor issues, and receive recommendations for what program to use to maximize the efficiency of the YoniFlex pelvic floor trainer.  

     

    Select your current pelvic floor symptoms:

  • STRESS INCONTINENCE & URGE INCONTINENCE - Leaking urine when Jumping, sneezing, laughing, jogging, etc. and sudden urges to use the bathroom

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS: Start with - Program P02 once a day for 30 minutes for the first 4-6 weeks.  Then move to program P03 once a day for 40 minutes for the next 8 weeks.  After completion of the program, if your symptoms have improved, you can use P16 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

  • Prolapse – Feeling of heaviness or fullness in the pelvic floor area, bulging sensations or feeling like something is slipping out of vaginal.

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS:  Start with - Program P04 once a day for 30 minutes for 4-6 weeks.  Then move to program P05 for 8 weeks.  Finally, you can use P16 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

  • AFTER BABY (POSTNATAL) SUPPORT – Exercising after delivery

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS:  NOTE: Do not start exercising postnatally until at least 6 weeks post delivery - after a successful checkup with your health care professional.   Program P06 once a day for 30 minutes for 12 weeks.  Finally, you can use P10 2-3 times a week for maintenance.

  • TIGHTEN AND TONE– Tighten loose vaginal muscles

    RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS:  Program P7 Daily for 12.  Maintenance of 1-2 times per week as needed once results are met.

  • BOWEL INCONTINENCE: – Loss of ability (or reduced ability) to control rectal actions - bowel movements, gas, etc.

    Start with Program Program P08 once a day for 25 minutes for 6 weeks.  Then move to program P9 for 8 weeks.  Finally, you can use P16 2-3 times a week for maintenance.  

  • E.D. (MEN) - Reduced ability to achieve or maintain an erection

    Program P14 once a day for 20 minutes for at least 8 weeks.  Then program P15 once a day for 4-8 weeks.

  • PAIN RELIEIF – Reducing pelvic floor pain

    Program P11 works for pain relief, you can use this anytime.  Program P12 can help relax tight pelvic floors, and reduce period cramps and pain.  

  • LACK OF SENSITIVITY – Reduction in sensations of your vulva

    Start with program P08 once a day for six weeks, then shift to 2-3 times per week for maintenance.  You can also intermittently use program P11, which is a pelvic floor  relax program

  • IMPROVING SENSITIVITY AND CIRCULATION

    Program P13 for 30 minutes for at least 4 weeks can help improve circulation and healing of the pelvic floor.
