Hi, I'm Tricia =)

Tricia is the founder of YoniFlex Canada.

A few months after having my second baby, (9 lbs 5 oz and 12 hours of labour) I noticed my pelvic floor just didn't seem right.  I found myself leaking urine throughout the day without my knowledge.  After discussions with my Gyno, and much research on the internet, I discovered I had urge incontinence, along with stress incontinence and a slight pelvic floor prolapse.  Fan-freaking-tastic, I thought to myself.

I'm not a sit on my ass and commiserate type of gal, so I started researching ways to reduce my urge incontinence, and other pelvic floor symptoms. Perhaps this is why you are here too :) After many failed attempts trying kegel exercises, vaginal cones, and manual exercise devices, I finally found success with a Pelvic Floor Trainer.

Just two weeks into my sessions with my trainer I started noticing a shift in my pelvic region. I stopped having to wear pads 'just in case', and  I could actually sleep through the night without getting up to pee!

I knew I wanted to get involved, I just wasn't sure how. My partner, and entrepreneur by nature suggested I consider starting a business supporting women, and YoniFlex was born.

Before using the Yoniflex I was always having to pee.  I had frequent trips to the toilet and was waking up many times through the night to pee.  I had to wear pads everyday or have wet underwear.  I started to smell like urine.  It was unbearable for me and embarrassing.  I invested in the YoniFlex, and the results have been fantastic.  I can sleep again.  I do not need to wear a pad again and no longer smell like urine.  I have my confidence back again.  If you identify with me please give this a try.  Its' a life changer.  I just wish I had found about it sooner!

At 47 years yong, after having 3 natural childbirths in my 20's, I knew my pelvic floor needed attention.  I've been using the YoniFlex for 3 weeks now and have seen some definite improvement.  Stress and urge incontinence have all improved, and there is still room for improvement, but it's just the early days.  I wish I had bought this sooner. To anyone thinking about buying one of these just do it.  The problems won't go away on their own.  Thank you Tricia, not only for your YoniFlex, but answering my many questions over the past several weeks.  You are a lifesaver!

After my prolapse surgery last year I was told by a gynaecologist I would probably need surgery on my bladder as it wasn't getting any better.  I really didn't want more surgery and with so much controversy around mesh, I bought the YoniFlex as a last attempt.  I found doing kegel exercises boring and tedious.  I'm nearly 3 weeks into it and its the best thing ever.  I've gone from wearing pads everyday as I leaked when I walked to no leaking at all.  I'm so glad I made this purchase and definitely will continue to use it as part of my daily life.  Thank you thank you thank you!

The YoniFlex sounds pretty awesome - What else can it do?
