Although I've only been using this for a short time and to see results the booklet says 12 weeks. Not only are the instructions easy to follow, there is also a sheet with all the levels of intensity, reasons for using the certain programs. So you don't have to get the booklet out each time. Following the instructions and increasing the intensity as instructed, there is no pain and the intensity is providing a strong pulse. I'm looking forward to seeing results.

I’ve had the Yoniflex for 2 weeks and am already seeing improvement in reducing leaks.
I have only used this for two weeks but I certainly notice a difference already.
I have only been using the device for a few days, but already I can sense that this is going to be the answer to the years long battle I have had with bladder leak issues. Will reassess after the recommended 12 weeks
I received this to replace the Ada probe, which was not a comfortable fit for me. The Nora is much more suited to my small frame and easier to use. Thanks to Tricia for remedying this issue promptly and efficiently

I got the yoni to tone my pelvic muscles as I haven’t been sexually active for a long time and these muscles haven’t been working so I noticed they aren’t as strong as they use to be. I decided to get this machine to help me strength them again!

Hi Tricia - I cannot thank you enough for creating the yoniflex! I am at my 120 day mark and I am a new person! The freedom I am experiencing is amazing!
I was going through 5 moderate pads (4 out of 5 absorbency) a day and some days leaking through before I started yoniflex. Within one week I was wearing a small pad only once a day and since the 3 week mark I have not been wearing any pad at all! Amazing!
I am a very active 62 year old woman and I participate in long distance sports such as canoe marathons, cycling and xcountry skiing. The freedom I have in not wearing a pad and not having to change pads during my training and racing is unbelievable to me! I never thought my incontinence would ever turn around. I have been wearing pads since the traumatic high-forceps birth of my first son 26 years ago. I had surgery and tried different methods and the yoniflex is the only lasting effective treatment.
I still have a drop of urine at times when I have had 3 coffees and no bathroom in sight for 1.5 or 2 hours! I use Knix underwear just in case I have a drop and they are perfect as a back up versus a pad. I believe that my few drops will be gone too as I continue to strengthen my pelvic muscles with my yoniflex. I realize now that my pelvic muscles need as much attention as my other muscles do!

I am 78 years old. For years now I have been battling urine dribbling, wearing a pad both day and night. I thought it was all in my head. I would either think toilet or see the toilet, then the urine would come. I had no control. But then I found Tricia and YoniFlex. I have been using it for 12 weeks, and my muscles are so strong that I no longer wear a pad and do not leak anymore.
